#1 Requirement is EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION
Our company has been around since the 1970's, and we are experiencing heavy growth, Out integrated software package is used heavily by several local industries, and we've had an influx of business in the past several months.
We need a team lead/lead developer who can work mostly on client-server applications (with some web applications as well).
Technical requirements include knowledge of:
-C# and VB.NET (3.5)
-SQL 2008
-Winforms
A major plus would be knowledge of:
-Devforce
-Infragistics Tools
Personal requirements include:
- Flawless communication
- Ability to "think outside the box"
- Willingness to work on a small team
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000.
