A Plymouth Meeting based retail company that heavily relies on their
e-commerce platform is seeking a Senior .NET Web Developer to join their team of 6 developers. The Senior Developer will report directly to the VP of technology. This is a completely hands on role although the Senior Developer should have a good sense of business savvy when it comes to technical/business requirements.
The Senior .NET Web Developer must have excellent communication and presentation skills, while having a 'get it done' attitude.
Responsibilities include:
* Hands on architecture and development using the Microsoft stack.
* Mentoring of the development team
* Interfacing with the VP of Technology on a daily basis to game plan daily and weekly agendas.
Must Have skills include:
* .NET 3.5 (C#, ASP.NET)
* AJAX
* JQuery and JavaScript
* SQL 05 minimally
Major Pluses Include:
* WCF
* Silverlight and/or WPF
* Commerce Server experience.
This position is perfect for someone with 5-10 years of experience who has experience. Personality is extremely important so if you are a strong coder but not a leader this position is not ideal for you.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 plus benefits.
