Large financial company in Boston is seeking a Lead Web Developer who has at least 6+ years of ASP.NET web development experience. Person will spend about 70% of his/her time doing architecture and design, 20% managing their offshore team, and 10% coding, so prior management/leadership experience is crucial. This person must have 6+ years with ASP.NET, VB.NET, AJAX, and SOAP. Pluses will include experience with C#, .NET 3.5, Web Services, ESD, and a Microsoft Certification. This is a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while staying hands on with the development!!
