A leading regional full-service financial services firm located in Center City is looking for a Jr.-Mid level .Net developer. This position will be responsible for the design, development and implementation of web applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining internal applications. This position requires excellent technical skills and the understanding of high performance web systems that ensure scalability, security and reliability.
Required skills/competencies:
• Proficient with .NET technologies and currently using 3.5 or 4.0
• Proficient in MS SQL Server 2005/2008 (T-SQL)
• Financial industry experience is a plus but not required
• Expertise in JavaScript coding with an emphasis on use of libraries like JQuery, YUI, Scriptaculous, Prototype, Dojo, etc.
• Prior experience with development customer facing applications
• Understanding of Internet security threats and mitigation techniques
• Excellent technical documentation and communication skills
