Workbridge Associates' innovative approach to technical recruitment is intended to accomplish two things for every job seeker and hiring manager we work with.

First, we're out to help land jobs and fill positions. We're good at that. We've done it more than 30,000 times since 1989. Workbridge's specialized recruitment teams speak the current language of technology, and have ready access to deep pools of talent and jobs in each of our local markets. We know how to get to the underlying essence of needs and capabilities in a way that facilitates placement success when most other firms would fail.

But here's the thing. No recruitment firm fills every job it works on, or lands a new job for every seeker it works with. We're very good at what we do, but market dynamics are sometimes beyond our control. Sometimes, talented job seekers get a job through other means.

This is where the second of our core objectives comes in.

Workbridge's recruitment teams are committed to adding value to your search, independent of the hiring outcome of our work together. For job seekers, this might mean help with resume development, or tips on interviewing with an outside company based on things we've learned from working with that company in the past. For hiring managers, it could mean coaching on effective interviewing techniques, or advice on structuring offers that bring the hiring process to a rapid close without busting the available budget.
