Senior Account Manager
A growing Software company in the City is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team. The Account Manager will help develop new customers and interact with existing customers to increase the sales of Software throughout the United States.
Duties will include, identifying and creating sales opportunities with new and existing customers, onboarding/offboarding clients, driving new customers and business decisions, identifying critical business issues, coordinating with other employees/partners on new client’s goals, concerns, and requirements, etc.
This position is perfect for someone with a strong customer service background, time management and looking to expand their skillset. Having previous work as an Account Manager in a Software Company is a huge plus.
Required Skills & Experience
- At least 5+ years working as an Account Manager
- Excellent customer service/client facing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Experience onboarding/supporting clients
- Excellent time management
