Service Desk Support/ Mac

This Conshohocken tech company is looking to employ a Service Desk Analyst that has a predominantly strong background with Mac. This company has gone through it’s far share of growth over the past 12 months, hiring new managers, engineers, analysts, and project managers. In the managed service industry, having a versatile background is necessary, but for this position there’s a bit of an exception. Most of their clients are Windows based, although they do have a Mac presence more recently. They’d like to on-board a Junior Mac support Analyst to assist the senior with their client’s Mac environments.

For this position, they are being quite flexible on the technical prowess of the candidate, although they’d really like someone that’s been working with Mac products for about 3 years. The Senior Service Delivery Team is composed of VMware, Citrix, Windows, and Microsoft Support Analysts, so you’ll most definitely get exposure to those different technologies.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Mac products
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Phone Support experience
  • Client-facing

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • MCSA
  • MCSE
  • Mac Certifications

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 85% Mac Support
  • 15% Windows Desktop Support

Daily Responsibilities

  • 80% Hands On
  • 20% Team Collaboration

The Offer
