Senior Service Desk Support

Looking for an opportunity to expand your skill set within Citrix and VMware support? This King of Prussia managed service provider is looking to onboard a Senior Service Desk Support position. This organization is very culture centric, and they really try to develop their employees to move them into an engineering seat. Working with different clients, in different environments really give you the exposure that you can’t get anywhere else- even including a no travel piece.

Ideally having a foundation of having Windows Desktop Support, Citrix Support, and VMware support will be heavily emphasized. Office365, Active Directory, Group Policy, and some Mac experience would all be desired skill sets to have before moving into this position. This role is more Systems Administrator/ Level III support if anything.  

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years experience with Windows Server 2012/2016
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Citrix and Xenapp
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with VMware support
  • O365
  • Active Directory
  • Group Policy
  • Client-Facing

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Consulting experience
  • Mac Experience

What You Will Be Doing

Tech Breakdown

  • 40% Windows Support
  • 30% Citrix Support
  • 30% VMware Support

Daily Responsibilities

  • 80% Hands On
  • 20% Team Collaboration
