A Consulting company in Montgomery County is looking for a Systems Manager for the Infrastructure Team. You will be managing team consisting of 5-8 Direct Reports and as much as 30 indirect reports.
You will be growing out/expanding the Managed Services department. Duties will include, budgeting, training and hiring new employees, assisting the sales team when onboarding new clients, analyzing new technology and make recommendations for new ones, performing employee reviews, etc.
You will also be required to work on multiple different projects including working with the following technologies: Windows Servers 2012, 2016, VMware, Office 365, Exchange, Powershell, DNS/DHCP, SAN, Azure, Active Directory, Group Policy, Backups, and Monitoring tools.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 7+ years managing a team
- Windows Servers 2012 and 2016
- Virtualization, VMware 6.5, 6.7 (or HyperV)
- Active Directory/Group Policy
- Backups (Veeam, Symantic, Datto, etc.)
- SAN (EMC)
- Messaging platforms (Exchange and Office 365)
